Since that time, Fitser Consulting Services has consulted to clients in Western Europe, Australia, Japan, Canada, India, Mexico and the United States. The offices are located in the Delaware (US), Cochin (India) and Bangalore (India). Fitser Consulting Services is a consulting firm that helps companies reduce cycle times, maximize throughput, improve quality and reduce the unit cost of item processing.
